Imagine you're standing in the shallow end of a swimming pool with your children, taking video clips of them as they laugh and shout at you. Then, one of them dives, and to everyone's great surprise, you follow your kid underwater, filming all the way. Later, when you play back the footage, you watch and hear as the shouts and laughter fade away and you're immersed in a turquoise world of weightless, floating bodies with muffled voices and gurgling water sounds.
