The SQ is a square 3.2- by 3.2- by 1-inch, all-metal device with softly rounded corners. It weighs just 7.4 ounces and comes with a cradle/charger. Like its predecessor, the Coolpix 2500, the lens/flash compartment swivels 220 degrees for shooting at waist level, straight on, or overhead. There's no optical viewfinder, so all the framing is done using the 1.5-inch LCD screen
